Tinbeerwah 2nd dwelling

This will be a second house on our property. I have done some plans but I need them in CAD format. It's a fairly simple plan.
Over all dimensions are 9287 x 7000 (65sqm internal), with a 2400 wide outside entertaining area, running the full length. As per elevations
It will be a polished concrete slab for the floor finish internally (except bathroom) with a 100mm step down to the outside entertaining area which is also concrete.
The outside entertaining area will have a roof over it @ 5 degrees pitch (as per elevations) and has 89x89mm steel posts spaced equally. Main roof pitch is @22 degrees.
All walls are 89mm wide steel frames with steel trusses. The cladding/roof on the outside is colourbond sheet metal. Ceiling height is 2750mm
