Key Requirements:
- Detailing: Full details required, covering electrical and plumbing layouts
- Specifications: The drawings should be detailed enough to include all necessary specifications for the construction and installation process. This includes dimensions and layouts for windows and doors, but insulation specifications are not necessary.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD or other relevant design software
- Experience with timber frame construction and design
- Knowledge of building regulations and standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural drawings
