We need an AI tool (website), where you can upload, Construction drawings whether it be a house or a hotel, or a commercial building, regardless of the size. Also need to upload the specifications and finishes. You then upload the costing from your area. Say you are in Sydney Australia you upload a book called Rawlinson which has all construction costs. Then the AI will produce a breakdown Bill of Quantities with all costs of that particular project and the total cost, including a program on how long the project will take to build.
