Texas PE Stamp: Concrete Wall Grading
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer to place a verifiable seal on my permit set for a concrete retaining wall in Austin that rises over 6 ft and ties into finish grading around the lot. The drawings are essentially complete; your task is to review them, note any tweaks required for City of Austin and TBPELS compliance, then return signed, dated, and stamped PDFs (and a wet-signed set if the plan reviewers ask).
I will forward the CAD and PDF files the moment we start. Your name and license number must be searchable in the TBPELS database, and I’ll need a copy of your pocket card or other accepted ID for submittal.
Deliverables
• PE-sealed PDF sheets covering the concrete retaining wall (>6 ft) and related finish grading plan
• Brief revision log showing any edits made for code compliance
• Hard-copy set mailed if the city requests a wet signature
Turnaround: one week from award for the stamped PDFs, with hard copies dispatched within two business days if needed.
