Tekla Steel Detailing & Checking

This package calls for full-cycle structural steel detailing and checking carried out in Tekla Structures, with drawing reviews and mark-ups handled through Blue Beam. I will supply the architectural and engineering models; your job is to transform them into a clash-free Tekla model and generate every drawing my fabricator needs.

Scope
• Build and self-check a Tekla model that satisfies AISC, AWS and OSHA requirements.
• Produce General Arrangement, Shop and Erection drawings ready for fabrication and field use.
• Export NC, DXF, KISS, CNC, IFC and any template-driven reports that accompany the drawings.
• Return PDFs marked and stamped through Blue Beam for quick client sign-off.
• Flag design queries clearly via RFIs so I can turn answers around without holding up the schedule.

Acceptance criteria
1. Zero critical clashes or missing weld info in the final model.
2. Drawings pass my internal check list on dimensions, weld symbols, bolt data and piece marks.
3. All deliverables align with the latest AISC Manual, AWS D1.1 and OSHA safety clearances.
4. File set opens cleanly in Tekla 2021 (or newer) and all CNC data imports without errors.
