Technical drawings up plan for 2 new windows (for local australian council)
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I have attached a sketch. We need a plan of the bottom part of the house as we would like to add two windows. Our local council said we can go straight to a building permit. We do need someone who is experienced with australian regulations.
What we need is:
- plans drawn up that show the proposed new window. They are Aluminium Frame and double glazing and would be fixed with no openings
- Structural Engineer to add his/her details as per requirements
- if possible and you are located in Australia we would like to have the plans certified from obviously an registered Engineer/surveyor.
As a side note. We have the elevations of the house and we even have those as dwg. files. However the section we are after, which is the west elevation, is not visible as such because there is retaining in front of it. So that would have to be recreated. But the files would help with the accuracy of the measurements.
