The architect should be available for occasional consultations to address any issues or changes during the construction phase. There is no specific deadline for this project. Please integrate smart home technology into the design. Please note that the project's budget is between $100,000 and $500,000.
We prefer an open floor plan layout for the residential building. Please include a dedicated home office space in the design. The design should be for a multi-story residential building. The residential building should be between 2,000-5,000 sq ft in size.
