• Applicants sign in, complete a dynamic form, upload drawings and compliance certificates, then submit the application in one step.
• A real-time dashboard shows every stage— scrutiny, fee payment, field inspection, final order—so users can track status at a glance.
• Different log-ins for applicants, engineers, and approving officers with role-based access control keep the workflow secure and auditable.
Essential requirements
– Mobile-friendly, bilingual UI (Tamil/English).
– Auto-notifications by email/SMS at each milestone.
