Take hand sketched drawings and supply me blue prints

I have a small house, under 1,000 square feet. I need it drawn for permits. I have hand sketched drawings and I can supply onsite photos as needed. A plus would be structural, if you could do some calculations (home is in Oregon, USA). No electrical or plumbing needed, only floor plans for framing. I will need a couple of drawings showing old window locations and new, there is one small stair case that will need detailed drawings. I attached a few pictures to show this is a simple wood frame house, I have hand sketched drawings with all dimensions needed, the Excel files I attached are just for info.
