As a client, I need a professional who specializes in project takeoffs and estimates, specifically for residential projects with Swiss Chalet exteriors. Your role will be to create a takeoff list from my architectural plans, covering various components and their measurements.
- You will need to determine the lengths for flashing, doors, windows, facia, soffit, gutters, downspouts, and Swiss Chalet trim.
- Identify the number of end caps on gutters, elbows on downspouts, attic vents, posts, beams, window and door headers, and chimney caps.
- Calculate the total surface area of the stucco, stone, and brick.
You'll be working with blueprints I already have, so your ability to read and interpret architectural plans is key. You should have experience in estimating project costs based on your takeoffs.
