Surface Mount Car Turntable Australia.
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have come up with a very rough concept (drawn on PowerPoint) for a surface mount turntable but am seeking the assistance of an expert to translate it into CAD drawings with accurate measurements and logic, so I can approach a manufacturer with drawings to create a prototype.
I also am seeking advice on potential motor requirements/ configurations and mounting options.
As an addition but not compulsory, I also need help in design of the control system.
I have a few goals I would like to accomplish with the design as follows:
- low profile design.
- meet Australian standards.
- simple manufacturing process.
- easy installation and designed for a single person to install on their own.
- carrying capacity of 3 tonne
If successful, I will have similar projects in the future to complete and would like to look at creating a long term business relationship.
