I need a professional quantity surveyor to work out precise material needs for the superstructure of my current building project. Your calculations must follow our local building codes, and I will supply you with the full set of architectural and structural drawings in PDF and DWG as soon as we begin.
Scope
The task covers only the superstructure. I am after clear, verifiable figures for both ready-mix concrete and steel reinforcement, packaged in a contractor-ready Bill of Quantities.
Deliverables
• Concrete volume schedule broken down by element (slabs, beams, columns, stairs, etc.)
• Reinforcement tonnage with bar diameters and cut-length summaries
• A detailed BOQ tabulated in Excel, referencing drawing numbers for easy cross-checking
Accuracy is key; please indicate the software or method you normally use (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift, Cubit, Excel macros) so I can align our review process.
