Supermarket Racking Layout Planning Tool - Like IKEA

I am looking for a Supermarket Racking Layout Planning Tool for an existing business.
The tool will basically be a floor planner that has to pick up components from a library, create a 3D model of it, convert it into a BOQ and then a Proforma Invoice.

The racking system will be used to display both food and non-food products in a medium-sized space of 500-1000 square feet.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in designing and implementing layouts for supermarkets
- Knowledge of retail merchandising and product placement
- Knowledge of E Com / B2B
- Ability to create 3D models and simulations
- Familiarity with software tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Software Programming
