As the client, I'm in search of a skilled architect or professional to produce comprehensive construction documents for a sunroom addition to my summer cottage on Lake Erie near Huron, Ohio. This project involves:
- Designing a sunroom with a primary function as a living space.
- Including design features like large windows to welcome natural light.
- Remodeling existing space.
Ideal skills and expertise for performing this project:
- Experienced in residential projects specifically awareness of local building codes.
