Sunroom addition in Pewaukee, WI. Contractor provided scaled drawings on graph paper along with plat survey. City requires design professional provide more detailed plans. We Including details for footings (number and sizing), posts, beams, joist spans, etc. AND calculations showing that the designed room can hold the load of the structure to be constructed on top of it. The new plans should also include a detail for the connection to the existing house and egress from the new structure (storm door detailed on plan).
