I'm looking for a professional with AutoCAD experience to help me create a general arrangement plan for laying a telecommunication submarine cable. The project requires two views: a plan view and a side view, both to be designed in A3 size using a standard template. We need the drawings by today itself.
Key Requirements:

- Deliver final designs in both DWG and PDF formats.
- Use of a standard A3 size template.
