Budget: $100 – $800 AUD
I need a qualified structural engineer to prepare construction-ready documentation for a new subdivision. The scope covers multiple retaining systems—sandstone log walls, concrete block walls, inter-lot retaining walls with concrete sleepers—as well as the base slabs that tie into a small drainage pit and culvert. I will supply the site survey and preliminary layout; you will translate that into stamped drawings and calculations that satisfy local authority requirements and can be handed straight to the builder.
