Structured cabling design package

Hello.

I'm looking to put a bid spec together on structured cable and IT appliances. Wanting to work with someone to put together a typical package which would include but not limited to:

Rack elevations
Power loads, btu calcs and connectivity
Grounding
Cable pathways
Details for installing a j hook
Access point mounting details
Patch panel details
Rack details
General notes and specifications including requirements and bicsi details
Things like that

I have a typical design with the hardware already specified, just looking for someone to use a template for call outs, and create a package

Not looking for a logical design, but a physical topology
