Structural engineering

My project is for structural engineering services for a sign/ entryway/gate, located in a small urban area. The purpose of the project is to build a structure suitable for recreational use. I am seeking an experienced structural engineer to develop plans and specifications for a safe, reliable and cost-effective structure. The engineer must have experience with similar projects in similar settings, and have a keen understanding of the necessary construction and engineering standards. The engineer must also be familiar with local code requirements and be able to effectively communicate with other required parties (contractors, architects, city officials, etc.). On-site observation and reporting of the construction progress should also be provided at appropriate intervals. Finally, the engineer must have the ability to keep up with the construction timeline, as well as staying within the set budget. A successful project must have all the criteria met, in order to ensure a varying number of recreational activities can safely take place.
