I'm seeking a structural engineer with expertise in timber design for a residential building. The job involves creating a simple yet robust timber structure. I have not yet determined specific parts of the building that require timber, nor have I specified design standards or codes. Therefore, the ideal candidate should:
- Be able to propose effective timber applications within the residential design.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of local building codes and international standards.
- Be able to create a design that is simple but meets all necessary safety and durability requirements.
