Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
The build is 2 elevated containers on top of a reinforced core filled block wall - on one side and 3 reinforced core filled block columns supporting a 250 UB in the other side. This footprint area is 9.6 x 6.0m.
At the rear of one container an extension has been built, footprint area (7.2 m x 3.6m) that has been framed using 50 x 50 x 4mm SHS steel for structural bracing and infilled with timber framework (250 x 45lvl F17).
The roof is in 2 sections, both using the corrugated Colorbond 100mm thick foam insulated spanning 4.0m and 3.8m respectively.
