Columns, Beams, Miscellaneous Metals Project
• Review Architectural design project related drawings for all levels of building
• Examine Structural foundation Drawings
• Review drawing layout and exterior walls
• Examine all floors and basement
• Create Initial Tekla drawings
• Review Architectural Plan, Elevation drawings as progress required
• Review for accuracy
• Receive instructions for requirement change
• Review revisions for acceptance
• Level 1 columns 48 hours,
• First floor beams (Tekla model and details) 10 days ,
• One week increments for Second floor mezzanine,
• Roof and overhangs deliverables 10 days .
• FEA and Revit Model and BIM as well as Tekla.
BOM required for this project.
• Progressive release of details of each level so that fabrication is kept on schedule
