Structural Steel Drawing Cleanup

I need an existing structural steel drawing package fixed up for shop fabrication use. PDFs are the only format available.

there are 88 pages in this package in total. most are not as bad as the sample column attached.

Requirements:
- Add missing dimensions for:
- Columns
- Beams
- Connections
- Handrails
- Messy dimensioning
- Clean up poorly marked details.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in interpreting and modifying structural steel drawings.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with PDF editing tools.
- Background in construction or structural engineering is a plus.
