Structural Overview for Small Building Project

I'm in need of a technical drawing for construction planning purposes of a small building project. Here's what I'm looking for:
- Drawings illustrating the structural layout. However, the focus should be more on a general overview rather than going into detailed sections or specific component details.
Ideal freelancers for this job should:

The site is close to Pattaya and I would prefer someone local who can make there own measurement.
My rough drawing is 1:100 and dimentions are mostly guestamated.
