Structural and MEP Designs, Reports, Detailed Drawings, and BoQ for Sharjah Municipality Compliance
Budget: $175 – $350 USD
I am looking for a skilled professional to provide the following services:
- Structural design reports and detailed drawings (foundations, slabs, beams, columns, roof system).
- MEP designs including HVAC layouts, plumbing and drainage systems, water supply, electrical power distribution, and lighting.
- Comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BoQ) with itemized take-offs.
All deliverables must comply with Sharjah Municipality requirements. The final submission should include CAD files (AutoCAD 2018 compatible) and PDFs organized for municipality review.
Timeline: Two weeks from the agreement date.
Budget: $350 USD maximum.
