Structural Loading Assessment for Commercial Building

I need a detailed structural loading assessment for a commercial building in Australia. The assessment should include:

- desktop assessment and certification of loading of the building for the proposed new use versus the loading of the building when it was certified for its current use. Note no structural or significant changes will be made to the building, live loads will be reduced from previous use, and a full catalogue of all luve and dead liad changes has been compiled for use

Ideal skills and experience:

- Civil or structural engineering degree
- Experience with commercial building assessments
- Knowledge of Australian building regulations
