The scope includes producing comprehensive stud framing plans in compliance with New England building codes. Deliverables should cover all required elevations, a detailed roof diagram, structural framing details for the entire structure, and a complete foundation plan. Accuracy and code compliance are critical.
Candidates must use AutoCAD or comparable professional drafting software capable of generating proper structural framing documentation. Submissions created in tools like SketchUp that do not support true structural “stick frame” detailing will not be considered.
