Structural Engineered Plans Second Story Deck

Representing the homeowner, I am preparing to have a second-story deck replaced and brought up to code and I need structurally engineered plans for the project. The deck will be a square/rectangle in shape and will be made of wood using the existing telephone poles as support and we would like the new deck covered with a basic roof following the lines of the current roof. The primary purpose of the deck will be as an outdoor living space. It will need to be designed and built with elements that are construction compliant with local building codes (Citrus County, Florida).
