I need a qualified structural engineer to provide detailed specifications for a retaining wall and fence at a residential property in Geelong, VIC 3220.
Project specifics:
- The structure serves as the front boundary.
- Retaining wall is sloped from 700mm to 400mm.
- Fence is 1500mm above the wall, directly behind it.
- Material: Core filled blocks (390x190) for the retaining wall; timber frame with composite timber-plastic cladding for the fence.
- 15m long with returns up driveway and boundaries
- Includes driveway gate and personal gate cut into retaining wall at ground level
Requirements:
- Must be fully certified in Australia.
