Structural Engineer for Portland, ME ADU

Here’s the scope of work from my architect Linda Braley:
"I have attached drawings for a garage rebuild, change of use to an ADU in Portland.
We are going to need structural engineering as the rebuild requires that the size, shape, height of the building remains as is, as it is an existing non-conforming structure. The city did approve the shift from a shed roof (off of the Hip) to a flat roof which allows for head room on the interior. The floor plan does not provide a wall at the connection between the hip and now flat roof. We anticipate a header across this space. The flat roof is shown with 2x12 (or LVL or truss of sim size) for the roof, but need structural input. We have also recessed the floor to add more headroom. The threshold of both doors is 6" above grade, then stepping down two steps to the proposed floor level. Slab on grade construction.”
Do you think you could send along a proposal as well as an approximate time frame?
