Structural Engineer for Heavy Load Deck Design

I'm looking for a structural engineer to design a composite 16x16 feet deck that will support a hot tub with a maximum weight of 4,001 pounds or more, including water and occupants. The deck ties into a concrete wall and requires full structural specifications, including:

- Beams
- Joists
- Posts
- Footings
- Connections

The deck footings will be placed in clay soil, so the design must account for concentrated loads in clay conditions. Ideal candidates should have:
