Structural Engineer to design a 220m2 concrete building with a swimming pool

I need a structural engineer with knowledge of Australian standards to design a building which will require significant excavation 3m from an existing building. I will require detailed designs, including all engineering aspects (steel, concrete, loads etc), drainage and electrical. The building will have three rooms and a swimming pool; a flat roof with suitable slope for drainage along with other drainage solution (eg siphonic) capable of supporting the weight of a garden. It will have a timber and glass front. Plans must also include details of underpinning needed for the existing dwelling if required.
