Structural Engineer Needed for House Review

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I'm currently constructing a 2-storey concrete frame house with a concrete flat roof. A basic layout is prepared, but I need a qualified structural engineer to review the layout and perform necessary calculations to ensure the design is secure and sound. Minimal footing and column in a logical, legit way is appreciated.

Key elements from current basic layout:
- Ground floor 3800mm, First floor 3200mm. Assume that the soil bearing capacity is at 100KN. (Probably higher)
- Footing: All sit beneath at each column, size is 1000mmx1000mmx400mm. Using 12mm steel bars (check attached photo)
- Column: Nos 15 - 300mmx300mm reinforced with 6 x 16mm steel bars, R6 links 100mm.
- Beam: 200mmx400mm depth, tie with each footing/column, also links where there is wall above.
- Slab is assumed at 150mm at ground floor, first floor, and roof. Recommendation is needed based on your calculations.
- Walls are made of bricks.
