Structural Engineer Needed

This is the same as my other post but has the dwg files attached. Looking to remove the shear wall from the interior of the house and replace it with a recessed beam and posts or a recessed beam and trim the beam into a braced exterior and interior wall. - see page 1.4 for what I'm trying to do between the two options. Or if there is another solution let me know.

Please let me know a price, turn around time, and confirm you have a california stamp please. I'm not looking to deal with a third party to get the stamp. Thank you.
