Need a structural engineer to provide a drawings for city permit (Phoenix AZ) application. The project consists of two structures:
1) Roof Extension - 14' x 21' open gable style porch, attached to and extending from existing home, wood beam structure, tile roof, tongue and groove under ceiling, floating island between support posts, lighting and electrical from nearby stub.
2) Walkway Covering - 8' x 28' walkway covering, metal roof, attached to home, supported by roof extension above and single post.
