Structural Drawings for One-Story Home

I am seeking a professional with expertise in structural engineering and drafting to create comprehensive structural drawings for a one-story residential project in Fort Lauderdale.

Scope of Work:
- Develop detailed Foundation Plans, Framing Plans, and Roof Plans
- Conduct Load Analysis to ensure the structure can support anticipated weights
- Specify appropriate Materials for different aspects of the build
- Utilize pre-existing Architectural Plans to inform and guide the structural designs

Ideal Freelancer:
- Proven experience in creating structural drawings for residential projects
