Structural Drawings and BOM

My project involves creating structural drawings and a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for a residential building based on existing plans. It requires in-depth knowledge of structural engineering and an understanding of building materials. I need someone familiar with the building codes applicable to the structure. The BOM that will be created should include a list of materials, their sizes and quantities. Additionally, the BOM should contain the names of suppliers for these materials. This project requires great attention to detail and should be completed to a satisfactory level of accuracy.
