Structural Design for Door & Window Openings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a Structural Engineer with expertise in commercial wood frame buildings in California. The job involves designing headers for new openings - including single doors, double doors, and windows.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in structural design
- Experience with commercial wood frame buildings
- Familiarity with California's specific building codes and regulations
- Capability to provide California Structural Engineer stamps
Deliverables:
1) stamped structural drawings identifying appropriate headers and structural details necessary for plans submission to San Carlos, CA building department (I will provide architectural plans)
2) stamped structural calcs
I have basic architectural plans for the building. However, I need structural plans & calcs to for submission to the city of San Carlos. Please provide your qualifications and past relevant work in your bid.
