Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have architectural CAD files and some engineering calculations that need to be updated to the current plans. This will involve:
- Structural Calculations with licensed stamp
- Minor modifications of the plan:
- Meet city requirements
- Modify Engineering data
- Split the project in 2 phases and mentioned it in the plans.
- Modify the calculations or plans with city revisions.
See plans attached. Will send engineering calculations and CAD to whoever gets assigned the project.
