Structural AutoCAD drafter

I need help drafting custom homes in the Bay area. Some of the projects will be from start to finish and others will be picking up redlines. I currently have 30-40 hours of work a week available and would prefer someone who wants to stick with me and get familiar with ,my projects. We have done award winning homes in the Bay area and work on multi-million dollar homes, that can be very fun and challenging. We use AutoCAD for a lot of these projects but also do Revit. It would be great to get someone who can do both but right now mostly need help on the AutoCAD side.
