3 No. 4 Storey Townhouses in Weybridge

I need to be able to provide for the Building Control details and a design for whole house ventilation as per Appendix F1 of the building regulations 2010 not the new regulations as the houses come under the old regulations.
I want a simple design that is compliant and will satisfy Building control..... approval I do not want if possible MVHR.....any other information required let me know
