Storage Units & Gym

I have 3 buildings I am needing plans created. Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings on. Engineered and stamped. I also need Civil plans. We are located in Valley, Nebraska 68064
The "Gym" is a 160'x 60' wide clear span steel building, with build out. This is for personal use and is not commercial use or open to the public. There will be a small changing room for women and men, a sauna and room to house a tanning bed. We will use an open loop GEO Thermal HVAC system for heating and cooling of entire building. Likely using WaterFurnace Brand of boiler.
The Storage Buildings are 200' L x 60'wide. Partitioned out for individual rent. The storage buildings will have a simple restroom and electric heat and electric water heater, 4 High Bay LED Lights.
These buildings will be on Septic and use a well source for water.
Attached are Steel Preliminary Plans and Layout plans for each building. Also attached is Site Plan for Gym Building and Overall Survey for entire property.
