How can you do the tasks when you don't pay attention to requirements?
I NEED an AMAZING ENGINEER who can create a site plan, grading and erosion plan for my steeply sloped land to complete the plan in less than a week.
CREATE 2 PLANS: Site Plan and Grading + Erosion Plan.
1. Site plan must show:
a. all land contours with the 3 buildings' placement elevations.
b. Water Well and Underground Propane tank locations and distance from Septic Leach fields.
c. all distances and dimensions labels
d. Driveway should not be too steep, 12% or less slope will be great.
e. Add a line to show the stream at the end of land
2. Grading and Erosion plan must show:
a. Swales and French drains around the 3 buildings that ensures proper drainage
b. Divert all water to the stream at the end of the land.
c. Show other erosion and sediment controls.
