Steel design for a Portal Frame building -- 2

I'm looking for a freelancer to help with the design of a steel portal frame structure for an industrial-use . The building has a floor area of approx 2460 sq m. The eaves are approximately 9m in height and the slope of the roof will be 4 degrees. The building has different spans which can be seen in the drawing. the building is in Shannon, co.Clare Ireland and is situated close the the airport. The design shall be to Eurocode I'm looking for someone who is technically proficient in steel design, and has a proven track record of producing reliable and safe structures. I can provide CAD drawings. I will also require the design analysis to check as well as the drawings in .dwg format of the finished structure
