Steel Structure Drawing + 3D Rendering for Commercial Building
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need detailed steel structure drawings and technical 3D renderings for a commercial building.
Requirements include:
- Technical 3D renderings, exterior views only
- Detailed framework steel structure drawings
Ideal skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with technical 3D rendering
- Strong background in commercial building design
Looking for remote collaboration for the initial phase.
Phase 1 Scope – What We Need Now:
Preliminary steel structure layout (no stamps required)
High-quality 3D renderings:
Open steel frame
Completed building shell
Concept-level floor plans, roof plan, and elevations
Effective, professional communication throughout the task
These are not final blueprints — just conceptual visualizations and layout drawings for internal planning and evaluation.
Future Phases (Full Engineering & Permitting):
If your work is high quality, timely, and communication is smooth, we will consider ongoing collaboration, including:
Complete architectural blueprints (permit-ready)
Structural engineering plans
Civil site plans
MEP layouts
Coordination with:
Geotechnical engineer
Civil engineer
Licensed Texas professionals for plan stamping and compliance
Permit submittals and inspection support
IMPORTANT – Must Be Able to Coordinate With Texas-Licensed Professionals:
You are not required to be licensed in Texas, but if selected for continued work, you must:
Source or coordinate with licensed Texas-based engineers and/or architects to finalize all documents for permitting.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, wind loads, and drainage requirements.
Be comfortable leading the design while relying on local partners for stamping and authority approvals.
If you are not confident in your ability to find or work with Texas-licensed professionals, please do not bid.
Location:
The project site is in Texas, USA, but this work is fully remote. You are not expected to be physically in Texas, just able to collaborate with professionals there.
Estimated Budget (for Phase 1 only):
Please base your bid on the preliminary drawings and renderings only. The long-term project scope will be budgeted separately if we move forward.
