Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking a proficient steel structure designer to create a steel frame for a single story, 800 sqm retail space in Muscat. I have architectural plans, but they may need some tweaks to meet local building codes and government approvals.
The project will be divided into two distinct phases:
1. Concept Design - This will involve 3D modeling using AutoCAD and creating one section frame to illustrate the design for initial approval from the municipality.
2. Detailed Drawings - Upon receiving municipality approval, the designer will be responsible for creating detailed construction drawings.
Payment will be made separately for each phase, based on the final output.
