Steel Pedestrian Bridge Design

I'm looking for a structural engineer to:
1. design a steel (I-Beam) pedestrian bridge 8'x32' include handrails and guardrails.
The bridge are to be constructed on site.
2. design footing with provided geotech report.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Expertise in structural engineering
- Experience with designing pedestrian bridges
- Proficiency in using steel as a construction material
- provide drawing for city approval: design bridge, design footing with geotech report.
