Stamped drawings Needed

Hi There,

Attached are photos of an exterior wall that has termite-damaged studs, top plate and header. I need stamped drawings to get the permit. I am also attaching a few pictures of info needed on plans for the building Dept. While apply , please share your past experiences for the same job.

Please let me know cost of drawings and time frame
