Stamped Structural Engineering Plan for 3 designed Residential Decks in Nederland CO

I need stamped plans for three already designed residential decks. The decks will use wood framing and PVC decking. The sizes are as follows:

Entry deck: ~100SF with two sets of stairs. Simple rectangle shape, attached to the house on one full and two partial sides.
Main deck: ~ 480SF with one set of stairs. Rectangular, with three main sections.
Upper deck: ~ 175SF with no stairs. Simple rectangle shape, attached to the house on two full sides.

Key Requirements:
- Structural engineering stamped plans for three residential decks.
- Deck sizes: 100, 480, and 175 square feet.
- Materials: Wood structure, PVC decking.
- Beam design: Sistered 2x12, doubled, tripled, and quadrupled as needed.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in structural engineering for residential decks.
- Ability to create stamped plans for permit application in the State of Colorado.
