PE-Stamped Civil Drawings Needed

I have a commercial building going up in West Columbia, Texas and now need the full civil plan set brought to permit-ready status. I can supply the current architectural site plan in both PDF and CAD; use it as the base and develop everything a Texas municipality will expect, then seal the package with your Texas Professional Engineer stamp.

Scope of work
• Site grading and drainage: finish floor elevations, contours, detention calculations, storm line sizing, and tie-ins to existing infrastructure. NO UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE REQUIRED.
• Utility layout: water, sanitary sewer, and electrical routing with profiles, connection details, and any required trench sections.
• Parking lot design: stall layout, drive aisles, fire-lane geometry, pavement sections, striping, and ADA compliance details.

Deliverables
1. Signed and sealed civil sheets in PDF (cover, notes, grading, drainage, utilities, paving, details).
2. Native CAD files and supporting calculations.
3. One round of revisions to satisfy county / city plan-review comments.

Acceptance criteria
• Plans comply with Brazoria County and City of West Columbia codes.
• All sheets bear your Texas PE seal and signature.
• File set is upload-ready for the permitting portal.
